Imagine using produce grown from your own garden in a range of dishes that wouldn’t look out of place at a fancy restaurant? It’s a dream we see played out on on reality TV all the time, but doing this workshop will make it your reality.


COURSE OVERVIEW

  • This seasonal patch-to-plate experience combines a gardening session (run by a horticulturist), with a cooking demonstration (run by an artisan vegan chef) that focuses on plant-based produce.

  • The courses are fun, hands-on, and full of fantastic industry insights to help you grow your own organic produce, while also giving you the confidence to cook delicious meals.

  • It can be run over 3 or 4 hours depending on your needs.
